NATASHA HENSTRIDGE (Cynthia) literally hatched into movie stardom with her feature film debut in MGM's hit sci-fi thriller "Species," for which she won an MTV Movie Award.

Henstridge has completed production on numerous highly-anticipated projects, all scheduled for release in the first half of 2000. These include Miramax's "Bounce," starring Gwyneth Paltrow and Ben Affleck Natasha Henstridge for writer/director Don Roos; writer/director Steven Feder's romantic comedy, "It Had To Be You," in which she stars opposite Michael Vartan in a love story about a woman and a man who fall in love while planning their respective weddings; "CaraCara," an HBO drama in which she stars opposite Johnathon Schaech for director Graeme Clifford; and "A Better Way To Die," in which she stars opposite Andrew Braugher, Joe Pantoliano and Lou Diamond Phillips.


Henstridge was born in Springdale, Newfoundland, and raised in Fort McMurray, Alberta, Canada.
